Sales Associate
We are looking for result driven team members that will be responsible for all sales activities, from inquiry through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet the client’s expectations in a professional manner.
We are hiring at various locations: – Langley (Sales Associate)
–Various Vancouver locations, and Burnaby (Sales Associates)
– Duncan BC (Store Manager)
– Victoria BC (Sales Associate)
– Courtenay BC (sales associate/management opportunity)
Responsibilities: Cut and shape foam products to the specifications of our customers ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers
Requirements : Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Solid communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit Customer service focus Basic mathematics understanding including fractions and decimals Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities
We provide all training, offer competitive rates, medical and dental benefits, and an opportunity to excel in our growing company. Store hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, so enjoy evenings, Sundays & Mondays away from work!
Sales associates start at $16.00 /h and can earn up to $18.00/h by advancing their skillsets and sales volume. We also offer sales rewards and medical and dental benefits after a year of employment.

Compensation: Sales associates in our Vancouver district start at 15/h, and can earn up to 17/h in key holder positions. We also offer sales rewards and medical and dental benefits after 1 year.

The Foam Shop is a 100% Canadian owned, family operated business. Starting from a single store in North Vancouver, we now have 10 stores across the lower mainland and have Canada’s largest retail inventory of comfort products — and were still growing.
That growth is the reason The Foam Shop is hiring. We are seeking sales associates for several locations including our fraser valley stores. After training and gaining some experience with our customers, our sales associates very often grow into key-holder and managing positions.
