Rest Assured Warranty

The Foam Shop proudly stands behind the quality of our products, and we know you will too.  That’s why we provide a RestAssured Warranty on every sale, ensuring that your purchase arrives free of any material defects in manufacturing or workmanship.   In the unlikely case that there is defect, we promise to replace or repair your order.

Terms & Conditions Your new Mattress and Topper have been manufactured to the highest standards in the mattress industry. It is unlikely you will ever experience a problem with your mattress if cared for and used properly. The Foam Shop warrants its mattresses and toppers to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace any part of the support core which proves to be defective or outside of industry standards under the terms and conditions listed below.

How long is the Warranty:

The Foam Shop mattresses and toppers are warranted from the original date of purchase for the warranty period of the mattress, bed set or topper as listed in the chart below. The warranty is for repair or replacement only, at the discretion of The Foam Shop. The warranty is prorated over its term, on the basis of the number of months owned, divided by the warranty period, times the new replacement price (hereinafter the “used warranty portion”). For example, if your mattress has a warranty of 60 months, in month 24, the used warranty portion is 24/60 of the new replacement price. The mattress will be repaired or replaced upon The Foam Shop receiving the used warranty portion. Some mattresses are also assigned an initial time period in which the used warranty portion will be waived if a claim is made, (100% Coverage). Click here for detailed warranty information

Congratulations on your purchase of The Foam Shop Bean Bag. With proper care, this Bean Bag should provide you with many years of enjoyment.

Caution:

Bean Bags are not meant to be jumped on, or flopped on.
Doing so will cause the Bean Bag to burst.

The Foam Shop Bean Bags are the only Bean Bags with a built in venting system to release air pressure quickly and avoid excess stress on the Bean Bag. Always sit slowly and carefully on your Bean Bag. This will allow time for the air pressure inside the Bean Bag to release through the vent without applying unnecessary pressure to the seams, zipper or fabric. All Bean Bags from The Foam Shop are made with high quality materials, the seams are Double Stitched for extra strength, and the refill port is Double Zippered to ensure the filler never spills out.

Your new Bean Bag may feel a little “Overstuffed” when first purchased. After several uses, the Bean Bag will compress and the fabric will stretch to provide a more comfortable feel.

To custom form the Bean Bag to your personal shape, simply fluff up the Bean Bag by turning it over and then back to its normal position. Sit slowly on the front half of the Bean Bag. Lean back and forth and then from side to side, until the Bean Bag molds to your individual shape.

Over time you may notice the Bean Bag does not fill out as much as it used to. This is a natural form of wear and tear as the fabric stretches to conform to your shape and the filler inside becomes compressed with use. If this should happen to your Bean Bag, or if you simply prefer a fuller Bean Bag, you may purchase additional filler from The Foam Shop.

Our unique Double Zippered system allows for filler to be added or removed according to the customer’s favorite comfort level. The Bean Bag can be made firmer of softer, higher or lower, by adjusting the quantity of filler. The “pull” on the Outside Zipper has been removed for safety reasons. To open the Bean Bag, insert a safety pin through the slider of the outside zipper, and carefully pull open. Next, carefully open the inside zipper. Add or remove filler as required. When removing excess filler, store it in a clean garbage bag as you may require the filler for future use.

Warranty: The Foam Shop warranties the Bean Bag to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 Days from date of purchase. Burst seams, burst zippers and/or burst Fabrics are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty.

You must inspect the Bean Bag prior to leaving the store.

Check all Seams and Zippers to your full satisfaction, as you will not be able to return the Bean Bag after purchase.
